Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

What MewCop is.

MewCop is a browser-based tool that uses your webcam to detect mouth-breathing and alert you with audio-visual disruptions. All detection runs locally in your browser. We do not provide medical advice. MewCop is not a medical device and makes no health claims.

One-time payment.

The $4.99 purchase is a one-time payment for lifetime access. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal. You will not be charged again unless you explicitly make another purchase.

License.

Upon payment you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use MewCop on any devices you own. You may not resell, sublicense, or distribute your license key. One license = unlimited devices for one person.

Refunds.

We offer a 7-day goodwill refund. If you're not happy for any reason, email hello@mewcop.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you — no questions asked. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. See our Refunds page for details.

Service availability.

MewCop runs in your browser and depends on no backend for its core function (detection runs locally). API endpoints for license verification and payment processing may have occasional downtime. We do not guarantee 100% uptime for backend services. If verification fails due to network issues, your cached license key will continue to work for the session.

Limitation of liability.

MewCop is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MewCop. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid ($4.99).

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be noted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
